Unlike traditional tongue-and-groove floors, where replacing a damaged plank requires lifting large sections, Magnes® allows for easy, single-plank replacement thanks to its patented interlocking design.
Crafted from natural, healthy materials, Magnes® combines the elegance of timber flooring with the full functionality of access floors, ensuring 100% underfloor accessibility. Finished with a magnetic backing, planks can be installed quickly and efficiently, making the surface immediately usable after installation.

How does Magnes® magnetic flooring work?
Magnes® timber planks are designed with a built-in magnetic base which allows the flooring to bond to the steel cementitious access flooring system.
Access floor systems are designed to allow full accessibility to the under floor services. The use of the Magnes® flooring finish ensures that this accessibility is not obstructed.

How It Works
Our Icon and Urban series access floors have verified LCA and EPD certifications. Based on your project’s flooring quantities, we calculate carbon emissions and offset them with certified carbon credits. You then receive certification for your Zero Carbon or Climate Positive access floor system.
